I'm a 500 hour yttc yoga teacher, I'm also a Pilates teacher, personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I'm also a bit of a health and fitness nut and love to share the wellness joy in a fun rather than infliction way! With this in mind, I like to make my classes fun, accessible and enjoyable. I teach a variety of yoga styles from slow flow to a more energetic vinyasa style, or perhaps you'd like to wind down with some gentle Hatha or uber relaxing yoga Nidra. I also teach face yoga - a fun workout for the facial muscles incorporating massage, acupressure and face exercises.
If yoga isn't your think, perhaps a mat Pilates class and a focus on core is more your thing or if you'd like to go all out for a sweatfest, why not try a bootcamp focussing on cardio and strength?
Whatever your wellness requirements I can come up with a proposal and of course there's always an opportunity for some additional wellness bells and whistles should you so wish!
