    Sending the invites<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Try to send out the invitations 3 to 4 weeks ahead of time. This is the sweet spot. Any earlier and they’ll forget, any later and they might already be busy. When you send the invites, include a message to the parents on WhatsApp or Facebook. It will make it a lot easier for you to track who is attending and who isn’t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
