Emma, originally from Sussex, UK has been entertaining children for more than 20 years. Her parties are action-packed and full of variety offering everything from a disco to balloon modelling, face painting and games.

Quickfire questions with Emma

How did you get into kid’s parties?

I started off running parties at a local bowling centre. Then I thought I’d start up on my own and I’ve been doing it ever since.

What do you add to a party?

Flexibility – you can ask me to customise the party in line with your child’s interests. It’s the attention to detail that makes the difference.

Why do you like doing what you do?

I love seeing kids smile and I love the fun of it – I’m a big kid at heart.

What’s the favourite kind of party that you offer?

I love the disco dancing and Fortnite game parties that we offer. They’re the latest addition to our party range and the dance challenge segment is really fun!

What’s the most difficult gig you have done?

I was booked for a disco party where the venue had a power cut. I got all the kids singing instead to make the music and in the end, it worked out brilliantly!

Tell us something we wouldn’t know about you

I won the Heinz baby contest when I was two years old! I’m also a recruitment consultant which, along with the parties, which keeps me very busy!

Get an entertainer to take away some of the pressure and book them early. Involve your kid in the process so you are sure to get them an entertainer that really suits their personality and interests.
